We are a husband and wife team and what started out as a hobby in 2007 has grown
beyond our wildest imagination. We now
specialize in custom wood and laser engraved
items and gifts for your home or business. We love the input we receive from our customers and many of our products have developed due to certain requests and ideas. Go ahead and ask if we can create something new and we will give it a try! We strive to use products Made in the USA whenever possible. Our bulk wood is purchased in the USA and most of our items are made from scratch in our home state of Michigan.

General Information: Our Number one priority is customer service and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your order. Most engraved orders, for average quantities are produced in 3-5 business days. Some products/orders will require longer lead times. If deadline delivery is required, please place order as a custom order. Rush charges may apply and we will contact you for final quote. Please contact for production time of large quantity orders. All orders are subject to availability.

Shipping: Shipping and Handling fees will be based on item(s) weight and size.
Returns: Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to K & L Custom error will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from K & L Custom.

Right to Promotion: Unless specified in writing at time of order is placed, we reserve the right to use any item we produce for display and promotion.

Trademarks & Copyrights: IN ORDER TO USE A DESIGN, YOU MUST HOLD THE NECESSARY LICENSING AND COPYRIGHT TITLES. It is assumed by factory that artwork submitted for engraving is being used in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage. Customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from claims against us for service marks, infringements of trademarks, copyrights, patents and personal rights. Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, trademarks, patents & copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, K & L Custom will not be held liable under any circumstances.
